Vonvert is a free, open-source real-time voice changing tool for Windows. It uses professional DSP algorithms to modify your voice with ultra-low latency, perfect for gaming, streaming, and content creation. All processing happens locally on your device.
Absolutely safe. Vonvert processes all audio locally — no data is ever collected, stored, or transmitted to any server. The code is open-source (MPL-2.0), so you can audit it yourself.
Vonvert works with any application that supports virtual audio devices, including Discord, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Steam, OBS Studio, Streamlabs, Audacity, Adobe Audition, and many more.
No. Vonvert uses WASAPI for ultra-low latency audio processing, typically under 10ms. You won't notice any delay during real-time conversations or gaming.
Vonvert is completely free and open-source under the MPL-2.0 license. All features are available to everyone. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the core voice changing functionality will always remain free.
After installing Vonvert, a virtual audio device is automatically created. Simply go to your application's audio settings and select "Vonvert Virtual Audio" as your microphone input.
Currently, Vonvert is only available for Windows (10/11, 64-bit). We are considering cross-platform support in future releases based on community demand.
